THE TOWN OF WIRT IS HEREBY ACCEPTING BIDS for a heating system for a cement floor installed in the highway shop on 125 Mill St., Richburg, New York. Materials to be installed are as follows: 2 Viessmann Comby Boilers 199 MBH with all necessary pipe valves and fittings; 4 headers to be tied into PEX that is already installed; 4 Grundfos 3-speed circulators with isolation valves for each venting, electrical, high-limit with manual reset; Amtrol 14-gallon expansion two-area thermostats, one for shop, one for office/breakroom, hot water supplied to bathroom. Water and gas will be installed by Town of Wirt in building prior to work. Accepted bids must show proof of insurance and workers compensation; any subcontractors must also have same proof.
